The game's story revolves around the pair's attempts to catch the villainous Cackletta, a powerful sorceress from the neighboring Beanbean Kingdom, who steals Princess Peach's voice. The voiceless Peach is only able to communicate in bizarre symbols that explode shortly after being uttered. While Peach's condition is quite alarming for the members of her court, it's especially upsetting for longtime kidnapper Bowser, who arrives shortly after Cackletta's attack to log in some quality kidnapping time. Unable to nab Peach for fear of the damage her explosive talk will inflict to his castle, Bowser offers to help Mario track down Cackletta and offers to help restore Peach's voice... so that he can kidnap her. A series of unfortunate incidents, involving Bowser's lackeys and Luigi, find Mario's younger brother, usually content guarding the home front, along for the ride as well. The zany setup is a perfect segue for the goofy adventure across the Beanbean Kingdom that will find the brothers facing all manner of danger.

I was hooked on this game for a long time. This game was really funny too, it had a Lot of humor. If you like RPG's if you have a GBA or DS and if you like Mario and Luigi, get this game you will love it I guarantee it. Graphics were awesome for GBA. The Bros. Attacks were cool as pie, Specially the Knockback bros. for Luigi if you did it at level 3 and had good timing you could keep launching Mario back-and-forth for a decent amount of time and damage. If you haven't got this game i suggest picking it up sometime in the near future.

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

You'll be controlling Sora alone on his adventure, because whenever he enters a new world by means of a set of special cards, Goofy and Donald are separated from him. Moving from floor to floor in Castle Oblivion is accomplished by clearing the various worlds, which are essentially the same Disney worlds you might have visited in Kingdom Hearts. The desert city of Agrabah from Aladdin is here, as well as ghostly Halloween Town from The Nightmare Before Christmas, Winnie the Pooh's sleepy 100 Acre Wood, and more. You won't be visiting any new Disney locations or very many original areas, which might be disappointing for those who hoped for new places to explore. The worlds are all segmented into a series of small, interconnected rooms. You move from room to room by unlocking doors with cards that you'll find in the field, pick up from enemies, or gain from special encounters or events. You can jump and swing your keyblade in the field; your blade can strike objects to open them, allow you to interact with doors, or let you hit an enemy for an initiative attack. The rooms are typically filled with foes (called the Heartless) that will roam the area, and while you can avoid them if you wish, getting the first attack nets you a good battle advantage.

This game is unique in almost every way. the battle style is cool, using cards is a great idea, basically the whole gameplay revolves around them!
The sprites are cool, the attacks are cool, the whole game is cool!!!
The music is pretty good, some of it is better than others.
The cutscenes ROCK they look better than some of the really old ps2 games look.
The story is set between kh1 and kh2, and sora, donald and goofy are trapped in castle oblivion. along the way, they start to lose their memory....
If you enjoy kingdom herats, get this game, no matter how hard it is to find.

Final Fantasy VI Advance

The story in Final Fantasy VI isn't especially original, but it's delivered so well that you'll want to relish each and every plot twist, character introduction, conflict, and line of dialogue. It takes place in a world that was nearly destroyed 1,000 years ago during a legendary war involving magic. In the aftermath of the war, the power of magic was lost. As a result, people started to develop technology to replace magic as the primary facilitator of "the good life." The technology certainly isn't rudimentary, but it's not quite what you would call advanced. The world has a very dingy, industrial feel, with locomotives, zeppelin-like air ships, and lumbering mechs. As is the standard in role-playing games, there is a powerful empire amassing strength and expanding its reach in an attempt to rule the world. Of course, an overbearing empire needs more than technology to assert its dominance over the masses, so Emperor Gestahl decides to revive magic and use it as a source of ultimate power. You play as a ragtag group of adventurers who team up with a rebel faction known as The Returners. You set out to put an end to the empire before Gestahl and his forces destroy the world.

This the game, this is as good as it gets for two dimensional role playing games. Final Fantasy 4 and 5 set the stage for this game. Square used 4 and 5 to to prepare for this masterpiece. From beginning to end this game is enthralling. For this review, I'll avoid any repetition of the battle system or gameplay and instead focus on the amazing story and experience while, of course, avoiding spoilers.

From the first scenes with the 3 sets of Magitek armor trudge across the snowy wasteland to the final epics battles, Final Fantasy 6 grabs you and never lets you go. You will be there as the story unfolds with you in the drivers seat and love every minute of it. Unlike other RPGs at that time, this one gets very dark at times. Truly catastrophic and world changing events will take place. Sometimes your group will win out, and sometimes your party will be crushed before your incredibly powerful foes. To be sure, the world is vastly different by the time you finish this adventure.

Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 2 - A great RPG game

Even though Swordcraft Story 2 takes place in the same world as the first game in the series, the two games are completely unrelated, so you don't have to have played the first game in order to know what's going on in this one. As the story begins, Swordcraft Story 2 jumps right in with the clichés. You play as an orphan that's descendant from a long line of noble warriors who have always protected the Seal of Goura in the small village of Cliff. The Seal is a magical barrier that keeps the evil beast known as Goura safely confined where it can't hurt the peaceful residents of the town. One day the seal is broken by some mischievous meddlers, threatening the very existence of the town of Cliff and the world beyond. It's up to you to search for the legendary Daemon Edge, the only sword capable of defeating Goura. To do that, you have to become a craftknight, which is sort of a fancy blacksmith who can create powerful weapons with the help of a special helper known as a guardian beast. The story is about as derivative and generic as it comes, but it takes a backseat to the basic dungeon-crawling that makes up the bulk of the gameplay in Swordcraft Story 2.

I'm a big fan of the summon night series and seeing this is a sight for sour eyes. You are a kid who unknown to you; has a special power withen him/her that may help banish a demon from the world. after saving a guardian beast [which you can pick the type now!] and having you friend betray you. He/She sets out to find four blades made by your father. Now I LOVE the active battle system! Its great and alot of RPGs should have it. like before you can forge weapons from crap you find out on the field. Graphics are just like the first one but look a little more refined. the music is improved and the game has voice acting in battles for you and human opponates but i hated the fact that alot of the time...my guardian beast sounded like the kid from yugioh GX and this is where i make my second check list:

1.People who look like chicks who are really dudes and some can't even TELL if they are eather! check.
2.Kid who has to save the world but also has no recollection of what happened to his family[amnisia strikes] check.
3.Over harsh sensei. check.

In hind sight; if you have a gba than defenatly get this and the first one. you won't dicipoint.

The best game of GBA: Final Fantasy tactic

The story of Final Fantasy Tactics Advance was apparently inspired by the famous novel The Neverending Story--or maybe even more so by the 1984 movie of the same name--since this story seems skewed for younger audiences but is suitable for all ages. The main character is Marche, a young boy who is friends with a couple of other down-on-their-luck kids. Collectively, they aren't having a great time in their formative years--they've got problems at home and at school. One day, though, they discover a magical book that literally transforms their harsh and mundane world into one of swords and sorcery. This is a place where they can be heroes. Marche, nevertheless, believes that this new world is not his rightful place, and so he begins his long quest to find a way home.

A really great game, I love Final Fantasy games and this one is a lot different.The battles are fun and never get old or tiring. The story is excellent and well written. What really pulled me into playing this game was the ability to really customize your units. First you have five different races who all have unique jobs to choose from. Then you hav tons of weapons, armor, etc. to choose from and make your units as strong as they can be. Units can also learn and master abilities of a different variety that really give the game a strategic feel. This game has kept me busy for over 100 hours and I still don't get bored whenever I play it. If your a fan of Fire Emblem or any turn-based-tactic game definitely give this one a try.

Pokémon Diamond & Pearl

Pokémon Diamond & Pearl are thre fourth generation of Pokémon games. Having come out for the new Nintendo system, the Nintendo DS, Diamond & Pearl makes use of the DS's many functions including TouchScreen and WiFi. Diamond & Pearl also brings back many features from Gold & Silver that have since been removed.

Bringing 107 new Pokemon into the mix, bringing us to a total of 493 Pokémon, including many evolutions of old Pokémon, Diamond & Pearl completely overhauls the battling system. No longer are move's stats based on its type , but rather each move is individually allocated being Physical or Special.

Diamond & Pearl are set in the far off land of Sinnoh and have you playing as a Rookie trainer wanting to go through Sinnoh, beat the Gyms and become the best trainer. However, throughout your travels, you will encounter two rivals as well as the evil Team of the land; Team Galactic, whom are bent on obtaining the special legendary of your version.

Diamond & Pearl has over 400 Pokémon obtainable within it, making it the biggest Pokémon game to date. There are many methods to find the Pokémon in the game; Inserting your GBA Game in for Wild Pokémon, Swarms, The Pokétore and the Pokémon Mansion. However, this is not all as you are capable of transferring your teams from your GBA Versions through Pal Park, this is however one-way.

Diamond & Pearl also brings a whole new thing into the Pokémon World; online battling & trading. Using the critically acclaimed Nintendo WiFi Connection, you are capable of sharing Friend Codes with your friends and battling with them. You can also trade with them across the WiFi Connection. Diamond & Pearl also have a Trading Station that allows you to put up a Pokémon that you have, state what you want and have someone trade it with you. A very efficient system indeed.
